F.S. Infrastructure Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

Definitions

• Referrer: An individual who refers F.S. Infrastructure services to their friends, relatives, or associates.

• Referee: A prospective new customer introduced by the Referrer to engage F.S. Infrastructure services.

Eligibility Criteria
A referral qualifies for commission payout only upon fulfillment of the following:

• The Referee completes registration.

• The Referee remits the 35% milestone payment as per the tax invoice issued by F.S. Infrastructure.

Commission Payout

• Successful referrals earn a commission bonus, disbursed via direct bank transfer.

• A 5% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applicable as per prevailing regulations.

Cancellation Policy
Should the Referee withdraw from the engagement at any stage, no commission shall be payable to the Referrer.

Verification Requirement
Clients acquired through the general referral channel are required to verify and confirm the source of their awareness of F.S. Infrastructure during their initial consultation with the Sales and Design team.
